Mission: We expand access to affordable housing opportunities through partnerships among the public, nonprofit, and private sectors to create and sustain strong neighborhoods and communities.
Programs: In 2017, the partnership administered down payment and housing rehabilitation programs that provided over $1 million in assistance to over 100 low-income households. The partnership managed a 39-unit low-income tax credit rental project, acquired and sold five properties to low-income households, and rehabilitated and leased ten units of rental property. The partnership also provided consulting services to four nonprofit organizations and three government entities.
