Mission: Weac's purpose is to build power to promote quality public education for all.
Programs: Weac policy is adopted by an annual representative assembly and at regular meetings of the board of directors. A full-time elected president oversees implementation of adopted policies, and an executive director oversees all staff. Weac works with regional offices throughout the state and is an affiliate of the national education association.
