Mission: The ramekins foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the virtues of healthy eating and the enjoyment of healthful, delicious food in one's daily life, to children and senior citizens. The ramekins foundation envisions a year-round interchange between area schools, senior centers, non-profits, and the ramekins culinary school, through thedevelopment of program that teach children and seniors the benefits of learning how to prepare healthful meals.
