Causes: Mental Health, Substance Abuse Treatment
Mission: The mission of haven recovery center is to provide successful treatment and advocacy for adults with substance abuse and mental health disorders.
Programs: Substance abuse & mental health treatement: carf accredited haven recovery center provides therapeutic residential treatment for males and females at four locations throughout volusia county. Assessment, outpatient and coummunity based intensive case management services are also provided. A total of 2,620 assessments, 29,875 bed days, and 6,512. 25 case management hours were provided during the fiscal year.
veterans services: in partnership with the veterans administration, carf accredited haven recovery center provides therapeutic treatment and transitional housing for veterans with histories of post traumatice stress disorder, substance abuse or emotioanl disorders. A total of 16,250 bed days were provided to 278 veterans during the fiscal year.
transitional and permanent housing: carf accredited haven recovery center provides safe and affordable housing in partnership with local governments. There are 28 transitional housing beds and 181 permanent rental housing beds available through this private/public partnership. Over 213 individuals were provided safe, affordable and sober housing during the fiscal year.
