Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Food, Food Banks & Pantries
Mission: To provide those in need with emergency food by working together with community members, leaders, and local businesses and organizations to gather, store, and distribute goods; to offer compassionate help as we respect the dignity of each person we serve.
Programs: Provided food to members of the community in need. In 2017, 92 thanksgiving boxes provided a thanksgiving meal to 305 people. The summer lunch bag program helps families no longer having access to free or reduced lunch. Because of our relationships with food retailers, the wfp was able to donate a substaintial amount of food to two other local area pantries.
