Mission: Wilmington Employment Corps, Inc., founded in 1994, grew out of the need to find employment opportunities for the 18-24 year old young inner city population. The program ensures that every applicant has the opportunity to find employment and achieve their full career potential through attaining and retaining high quality satisfying training.
