Mission: We assist individuals and families that are in a housing crisis to obtain or remain in a home we help homeless individuals and families to find a new home we help individuals and families who are in danger of losing their homes we provide education to individuals and families to help remain in their homes we help to determine and eliminate the cause of the crisis by addressing the problems with a holistic approach we help to set goals to prevent any future housing crisis we connect the individuals and families with community resources
Programs: We had approximately 377 individual cases of assisting clients by preventing them from losing their homes helping them to obtain housing vouchers and new housing assisting them in tax preparation and providing education in individual or group sessions that enabled them to maintain their housing
