Mission: The mission of the corporation (the "mission") is to provide a christ- centered environment where all can develop a closer, more meaningful relationship with god, his people, and his creation. This has been accomplished by the initial purchase and on-going operation of wilderness retreat and development center in 2015, now called wilderness camping and retreat center, at lawson, missouri.
Programs: Wilderness camping & retreat assoc. Served a total of 2,197 campers for the 2016 year, a large increase over the prior year, and validating the need for such an organization. This includes a total of 54 groups/camps for the year, and for the summer serving 1167 people with 24 camps. This included 3 medical camps and 3 scout camps. 12 groups were camping in september and october, broadening the camp's outreach throughout the non-summer months.
