cytogenetic program - wicell established a cytogenetic services program in 2005 to meet the growing need of researchers to monitor karyotypic stability in their human es cell cultures. Wicell offers its cytogenetic services for human embryonic (es), induced pluripotent (ips) and differentiated stem cells to academic and commercial labs in the united states and canada.
core services - wicell developed the core services program in 2009 to meet the needs of researchers in making sure that they receive qualified supplies. Wicell provides testing of various research supplies such as research media to qualify that it has the same consistency throughout the lot. This saves the researcher a tremendous amount of time moving to new research. Additional funds are used to support uw researchers as well as the academic community which is worldwide, in supplying supplies, cell lines, testing services and other releated materials.
