Who I Am Foundation is a national domestic Non-Profit Organization originally based out of Albuquerque, NM, but recently begun our expansion into the Phoenix, AZ area, Reno, Nevada, Sacramento, CA area, Santa Fe, NM, Jacksonville, NC, and Tampa, FL. The organization is predominately focused on bettering our communities nationwide. Our goal is to help each individual we connect with define who he or she is by making available the proper resources. Each year our communities grow further and further apart. Resources are available however; the public does not recognize many of those available resources. Our mission is to be as proactive in the community as possible constantly retrieving feedback to continuously advance as new community issues arise. We believe our tri-annual campaigns are the most effective way to address the issues our communities are facing. The Foundation's mission is to raise awareness and provide outreach throughout the community via various events, projects, and campaigns. We bring the community together to create the change they wish to see in their community.
Who I Am Foundation is constantly organizing community events and projects. At least 2-3 times a month we hit the streets and hand out care packages to the less fortunate. Care packages typically consist of clothing, food, hygiene bags, first aid supplies, bottled waters, socks, shoes, blankets, jackets, etc.
Long term goal for Who I Am Foundation will be constructing the I Am Center, a massive community center which will provide and feature every possible resource for the community, as well as a mission and shelter. As well as the Who I Am University, an accredited trade school. These facilities will be based around cognitive thinking (how the brain works), to help provide and aid in one's development and career path. We also will shuttle in the less fortunate, feed them, provide them a place to live, place them in the proper counseling/development programs, place them in the proper classes within the University in an attempt to help them transition back in to society with a job and in a better position than when they came to us.
Our Who I Am Foundation Facilities will offer and provide various services such as:
-Mission
-Counseling
-Thrift Store
-Tutoring
-Outreach Hotline
-Employment Placement AND MUCH MORE!!
Every day from Monday thru Saturday we will serve the less fortunate coffee every morning as well as a midday and evening meal and hot drink. Our volunteers carry with them clothing bags in their cars to disperse on their daily routines to the less fortunate in need.
We work with schools; setting up assemblies and after school programs.
Basically, we aim to mirror what we have been doing out in New Mexico, in the various communities, but catered around the needs of these communities.

For Christmas we do a Christmas Toy Drive, which last year allowed us to drop off 121 wrapped presents and 4 boxes of children's clothes to the Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento.
Recently, we began hitting the streets out here in Phoenix, to distribute care packages to the less fortunate.
