Mission: To conserve, interpret and promote the wheeling national heritage area, and by doing so, to achieve economic development in the historic downtown and riverfront area, and to promote the education and general welfare of the people. The purpose of the organization is also to support the wheeling national heritage area corporation, ein55-0735567.
Programs: The exempt purpose achievement is to provide a series of summer family movie nights at the wheeling heritage port amphitheatre, provide quality of life and activity in the downtown wheeling national heritage area. It is also to provide beautification of wheeling heritage area though flower beautification projects.
