Causes: Community Mental Health Centers, Mental Health
Mission: Our unique mission is to provide a comprehensive network of quality behavioral healthcare services that: -offer treatment, prevention and education; -which are affordable, appropriate, timely and accessible; -exercise sound financial and business practices through effective stewardship of available and future resources; -convey trust and instill confidence; -and treat with dignity and respect the individuals we serve and enhance their quality of life.
Programs: Outpatient services: mental health services provided to the public on an outpatient basis without regard to ability to pay for services. A total of 15,326 individuals received 300,018 quarter hour units of service during the year in an individual or group basis. There were 109 individuals that received 89,491 quarter hour units of day treatment services.
substance abuse/horizon: substance abuse rehabilitation services provided to the public. There were 115 adolescents that received a total of 5,400 residential days of services at our facility.
medical services: medical services are provided to the public without regard to ability to pay for services. Medical services included 5,423 hours of direct patient services concerning assessments and medical maintenance to 3,213 individuals.
other program services
