I am very grateful for this association and what they are doing for the program I dearly love.
My name is Steven Winmill and I was the 3rd Colonel of the JROTC program in 1980. I spoke at the school board meeting when the school was going to eliminate the program. This association has done more than I ever could to keep the program going. Thank you very much for what you do.
