Mission: West Kentucky Wildlife Habitat Foundation (the "Foundation") was incorporated on November 28, 2000, as a Virginia nonstock corporation. The Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The specific purpose of the Foundation is to promote the improvement and maintenance of wildlife habitat on publicly available lands, including without limitation, the Western Kentucky Wildlife Management Area.
