Mission: Home health is a major part of the wesley homes network of services for older adults, providing services to residents of the wesley homes and the residents throughout the puget sound area.
Programs: Wesley homes at home provides intermittent, part-time, nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, medical social services, and home health aide services to patients in their own homes. The organization educates the public on the value of home health services and assist caregivers through education of caregiving skills, knowledge, and resources to improve the care for the patient and alleviating the stress of the caregiver. The organization participates in community education and provision of services to reduce the risk of infection including the provision of flu vaccine.
wesley homes community health services provides part-time to continuous care to clients in their own homes. Home health aide, companion care, and homemaking services are provided to clients in need of social and personal care. Those clients with more advanced health care needs receive the services of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.
