Mission: Wes-Tex RC&D Area, Inc. is based on the premise that local people, working together, can identify and solve problems and realize opportunities that will enhance the quality of life in their area. Rural communities seldom have the resources or tools needed to accomplish this idea. Wes-Tex tries to provide them the tools they need. Our organization is locally led. Local representatives guide the direction of the program.
