Causes: Mental Health, Mental Health Treatment
Mission: The mission of wes health centers is to promote the total wellness of the community we serve through the provision of high quality health and social services in a compassionate and effective manner. We strive to make these services highly responsive to the needs of a culturally diverse population.
Programs: Adult outpatient program: provides mental health services for adults, couples and families who are 18 years of age and older.
targeted case management: provides individual supportive services to persons with serious and persistent mental illness who have had numerous extended acute hospitalizations or frequent contact with emergency services, contact with the forensic system or long periods of homelessness.
omy program: omy psychiatric rehabilitation/circ program offers support to indidivuals with mild to severe and persistant mental illness and other co-occuring disorders opportunities to develop and gain skills for living, learning, working, and socializing in independent environments of their choice. Omy provides groups and activities that support individual goals, dreams, and desires related to their personal recovery within site based and community environments. A broad array of services are designed to enhance the quaility of life for each member. With the support of professional staff, family and other peers with lived expereince , omy belives that each person can become their true selves and valued members of their communities.
