Mission: Educational - to educate and train people of all ages in organic gardening/farming. To inspire and teach people to grow, prepare and eat healthy food. In so doing, we transform food systems and build community. The organization does marketing on nutrition and provides retreats related to above stated purpose.

Programs: The garden program serves approx 2,502 people annually by training/educating them in organic gardening, soil enhancement and protection and nutrition. They are also instructed on herbal remedies, food preparation and preservation all via newsletters,classes, hands on experiences, taste testing, & field trips.
the conference facility provides retreats, workshops and other training programs drawing approx 862 people annually to use the facilities and enjoy its natural setting while learning about healthy food and eating habits.
