Programs: The activity is a not for profit activity centered around the management of a sustainable farming operation. The primary agricultural activity is cattle grazing, with the cattle being used as the principal means of income generation as well as a source of meat that is donated to tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organizations. On december 19,2016 various farm structures were donated to the foundation to be utilized as exempt function assets. There are multiple farms where the activity is undertaken and supported. The brookwood farm, approximately 310 acres, is managed on the property of and for the benefit of the brookwood community, a tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organization that provides education, jobs, job skill training and full-time residential care for adults with special needs. There are five other farms, comprising more than 3,000 acres where use is provided free of charge by jon a. Marshall, president of wellness farms. Management personnel and supplies are provided by the foundation.
