Programs: All net income of the welker educational scholarship and loan fund is paid by the trustee to the board of education of school district re-1j, longmont, colorado, at least annually. The board of education is authorized to determine the scholarship recipients and, without limit as to the total number, may offer scholarships or loans, or both, at the board's discretion, to be used in non-sectarian schools in the state of colorado to graduates of the district's high schools.
