Mission: Welcome home soldier is organized and operated for purposes that are beneficial to the public interest, specifically for the erection and maintenance of a public monument of national magnitude to honor all united states veterans, living or deceased.
Programs: Welcome home soldier paid out expenses for work done at the monument site for planting of trees, turf grass, granite scuplutres, grading, surveing. There was also some general office expenes in advertising and grant writing expesnes occured. Purchased assets this year included benches, bell, fencing, flagpoles, lighting structures and sculptures.
