I am a proud supporter or the We Thrive on Riverside Renters Association! This organization has provided much needed representation for people living in rented communities as well as home owners by speaking out on issues that renters face with landlords and managers in apartment complexes to help people keep their homes and find available resources. This organization is very necessary and I appreciate the benefits of being a part of this caring community lead by Ms. Monica DeLancy. People are being educated and provided for with incentives to become more empowered. This organization is truly a blessing.
We Thrive on Riverside Association is a shining example of community driven impact and resilience. This organization consistently goes above and beyond to serve its neighborhood, especially focusing on underserved and vulnerable populations. Their programs are well structured, inclusive, and designed to uplift residents through access to resources, advocacy, education, and empowerment. Whether it's youth mentorship, food distribution, or mental health awareness, the dedication of the team behind We Thrive on Riverside is evident in every initiative they take on.
What truly sets this association apart is the heart behind the mission. The staff and volunteers bring not only professionalism but deep compassion and commitment to their work. They listen to the community’s needs and respond with practical, thoughtful solutions. The atmosphere they create is one of unity, hope, and progress. Anyone looking to support a grassroots organization that makes a real difference should look no further than We Thrive on Riverside Association.
We Thrive on the Drive is an excellent community resource organization that is passionate about helping the people in the community. The commitment to the citizens that this organization has demonstrated throughout the years is unsurpassed. No other organization has been so adamant about uplifting the community in which it serves. I have personally witnessed this organization 's leader go above and beyond to fight for the renters to the best of her ability 24/7. She has proven herself to be selfless, committed and unwavering in her quest for renters' justice. We Thrive on the Drive is an integral part of the village-a dominant source of resources, support, guidance, proven leadership and love.
We Thrive On Riverside is a fanominal organization that always keeps the community it serves, close to its heart! Monica Delancy has lead this initiative to be the voice to the voiceless and continues to fight for the humbly housed. I wish there was a We Thrive On Riverside in every underserved community.
Everything comes down to the people. I haven’t met many but I can definitely tell and see that this is what more of the world should be about. Taking your own time just to help others in times of need. Thank you for what you do. The work you do is second to none! Again, thank you! N
We Thrive in Riverside Renters Association provides direct and genuine support to individuals seeking help with housing related rental issues. They share resources, training, opportunities to collaborate and develop lasting relationships.
They are the only organization that serves to address the root of these issues not just provide band-aid fixes. They support families with children in particular as they navigate housing dilemmas, while also striving to help children gain an education and life-long skills. They realize that many (if not all) of these problems will not be solved overnight, but they also recognize that Back to School giveaways and free Christmas toys do little to contribute to lasting impacts.
We Thrive in Riverside is committed to helping residents, city officials, educators, corporate managers, and community advocates navigate the persistent housing challenges that impact the quality of life and the pursuit of happiness for individuals each day.
I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the incredible work that We Thrive in Riverside Renters Association does for the Austell community. Their commitment to housing justice, tenant empowerment, and equitable community development is truly commendable. This organization has created a much-needed platform for renters to advocate for their rights, access critical resources, and build collective power in a time when affordable and safe housing is increasingly at risk.
The leadership team is passionate, informed, and deeply rooted in the community they serve. Through workshops, advocacy efforts, and one-on-one tenant support, they provide not just services, but a sense of hope and solidarity. It’s evident that We Thrive is making a long-term impact on housing equity and civic engagement in Riverside and beyond.
If you’re a renter looking for support, a community partner seeking collaboration, or someone who simply wants to contribute to a more just and inclusive Cobb County, I highly recommend getting involved with this organization.
