Mission: Wayne mediation center strives to provide the community served with a process for resolving disputes through empowerment, education, and effectiveness.
Programs: The organization provides alternative dispute resolution services throughout wayne county. The staff and volunteers, relying primarily on a facilitated negotiation model, help individuals, groups and businesses work through conflicts toward a mutually acceptable agreement. The organization also provides conflict management training to both attorneys and non-attorneys. Training programs are tailored to meet the needs of businesses, schools, and other groups that request them.
