illinois river restoration program-this program will establish a mitigation bank to offset unavoidable impacts to water resources that result from third party actions related to land development in the illinios river watershed. Revenue generated through this program will be directed toward implementation of additional projects to improve water quality.

The program will also fund repairs to previously completed restoration projects that were damaged as a result of flooding that occurred in 2011. The program will create a revenue source that will help to fund future stream restoration projects that will protect the sourcewater of beaver lake, the regions source of drinking water.
