Nonprofit Overview

Mission: Transforming lives through sustainable access to safe water, improved sanitation and hygiene in the places that need it most. As of Jan. 1, 2024, Water for Good and Lifewater International have become one entity and will function under the name Water for Good.
Results: Since 2016, Water for Good has provided: 1,000,000+ people with water maintenance services, 301,982 people with access to improved sanitation and hygiene services, 64,279 students with new latrine blocks, 2,369 completed water points, 90% reduction in childhood diarrhea in areas with comprehensive WASH practices
Target demographics: Every child experiences safe water, a healthy community, and God’s love.
Geographic areas served: Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, and Cambodia
Programs: Access to reliable water and critical sanitation and hygiene practices—ensuring sustainable change, empowered citizens, and healthy futures.
