Mission: To provide a comprehensive array of advocacy programs and services for the mentally disabled residing throughout warren and washington counties in new york state.
Programs: Community residence - programs which are group homes and apartments within warren and washington counties where individuals with psychiatric disabilities live while developing skills needed for independence. Each program offers different levels of support toward a person's effort to achieve well-being. Services promote a person's capabilities through companionship, education, counseling, vocational training and respite; they reduce costly hospitalizations by providing caring and skilled intervention in times of crisis. Program services are available to those 18 years or older with the duration of stay based on the needs of the individual. Approximately 52 individuals served per month.
clinical services - adult psychiatric rehabilitation program which supports personal growth in various areas of life. Well-being and rehabilitation are fostered through vocational and pre-vocational. Programs, supportive counseling, recreation and socialization activities, educational training and health workshops. Approximately 426 served per month
community support services - unifies the mental healthcare delivery system by connecting individuals to specific services to their needs. Support is tailor-made, matching community programs to each individual. Approximately 660 served per month
