Mission: To improve wages, hours and working conditions of labor groups of police and sheriffs that are affiliated with wacops labor defense fund.
Programs: To provide assistance with negotiations with various local police and sheriff's guild's principally regarding wages, hours, working conditions and benefits and all collective bargaining agreements.
