For the year ended september 30, 2017, hospice services were provided to 772 patients comprising over 27,000 days of service.

This assistive care includes meals on wheels for elderly and disabled residents who are unable to prepare nutritious meals for themselves, homemaker/companion care to provide companionship and assist with housekeeping, and the lifeline personal emergency response system. These services complement home health care services, enabling patients to remain in their homes in a safe environment. For the year ended september 30, 2017, 710 individuals received these services.
