Vivre Musicale

Vivre Musicale is a wonderful non-profit organization that employs a multitude of talented and inspiring musicians. My performances with this group have been incredibly memorable and collaborations have led to lasting friendships. I highly recommend Vivre Musicale to any artist!

Not only is Vivre Musicale a constantly evolving brigade of talented musicians but they also incorporate local and international artists into the mix as well. Visual and performing artists are prevalent in VM's performances, advertising, and fundraising . This kind of grassroots outreach and collaboration is so important to the art community. as a whole. I was given the opportunity to create artwork inspired by their first show, Evolving Landscapes. Since then, they have included many other artists to heighten the overall experience of their shows. By bringing together such a mixture of talent and creativity, Vivre Musicale is surely a pleasure to work with and watch grow.

Vivre Musicale is to be praised not only for it's highly committed and passionate performances, but for the clarity and originality of their artistic vision. They knows what it means to make music in the 21st century in the fullest sense, and the value of their concert series stems from their awareness of the potential power of music in modern society. They have something strong to say, and strongly deserve to be heard.

Vivre Musicale is an excellent organization that seeks to make a difference in the lives of the musicians it contracts, the audiences it engages and the larger populous. Their goal of creating accessible and relevant musical experiences for audiences is a necessary and laudable effort, yet Vivre seems to be one of, if not the only, organization with this aim. I find myself, time and time again, pleasantly surprised by the high quality of artistry and musicianship presented in each concert as well as by the careful programming that always includes a myriad of instrumental and vocal colors. Each program has a deliberate musical or social theme but manages to capture ideas without making the listener weary from camp or preachy agenda. It is an organization of the highest quality in every possible realm.

I'm not particularly knowledgeable about classical music, but I can say that the musicians in Vivre Musicale are extremely talented and passionate about what they do. I've been to a number of their concerts, and I've enjoyed every one of them. The venues are always comfortable spaces, and the musicians are friendly and engaging. I can't recommend them enough! This doesn't even mention the fact that the organization is providing invaluable performance opportunities to gifted young musicians that haven't necessarily "made it" yet. It's refreshing to know people still care about the arts and are not willing to let it go!

Wonderful concert series! Gives the community an opportunity to hear some of the greatest music and gives the musicians a venue to share their art and passion. Overall, a fun and creative organization!

I had the pleasure of witnessing first-hand the positive impact that this nonprofit society can have on communities. Vivre Musicale voluntarily traveled to the university where I teach in Missouri to present master classes and a recital - all free of charge. During the clinic, they worked with student ensembles, giving them suggestions for improvement and inspiring them to continue performing music. Their recital was fantastic and the students walked away motivated to practice and excited for music. Vivre Musicale is using the arts to make a difference in communities around the nation, while at the same time offering opportunities for up and coming artists to gain valuable experience. I am proud to serve as a board member for such an outstanding association.

I am fully committed to the vision and mission of Vivre Musicale. This organization continues to demonstrate a dedication to artistic excellence and the education and development of future artists. I believe VM serves a very specific need in our present community and fully endorse the activities of this organization.

Vivre Musicale is a great organization that is full of ideas. These ideas are helping young artists with performance opportunities. Vivre Musicale is excited to be working on future projects to enhance it's mission, goals, and reputation. I am and will always be excited to be part of such a great organization.

VM is an amazing nonprofit! This past year they received national recognition by winning a an Adventurous Programming award by Chamber Music America! I am so proud of the accomplishments VM has achieved and look forward to many many more years of wonderful and inspirational performances!

I attended one of Vivre Musicale concerts and I found it to be inspirational as well as entertaining. To see such young and talented performers of the Arts come together and share their wonderful music with the public is quite lovely. I hope to see them perform again soon.

Vivre Musicale serves a vital role in the community by allowing individuals who would not normally have access to classical music to listen to different compositions and develop an appreciation for classical music.

Vivre Musicale is an entirely unique musical experience, well worth your time! Vivre puts a spin on classical chamber music through the combination of extraordinary young performers, creative programming, and the inclusion of many art forms in one experience. Vivre makes classical music accessible to all, as it connects to the human soul on so many levels. This organization is selflessly dedicated to spreading the joy of classical music and enriching the lives of many. It is my hope that Vivre Musicale continues to flourish; I see a bright and promising future ahead!

I saw this group perform towards the end of 2010 and they were amazing. They captured my full attention because they played with such passion, their performance was truly "music to my ears". Each note was skillfully played through an array of instruments and after each segment they left their audience wanting more. If you are ever in an area where Vivre Musicale will be performing I would definetly reccomend that you stop in and listen to them play because you are in for a stellar performance.

Coming from a musical background, I appreciate the tremendous effort and courage it takes to get any performance to a public. I believe what sets Vivre Musicale and its programs apart is the enthusiasm they have in enriching the experiences of others through music---young artists are given the opportunity to challenge themselves with repertoire selection and audiences benefit by having the opportunity to hear unusual gems from bright emerging talent. I have attended several concerts and am impressed by the beautiful work and collaborations that Vivre Musicale's creativity generated.

I attended a concert in Baltimore and was blown away by the talent of each performer I heard. The church was a spectacular venue for the type of music being played. I enjoyed the evening immensely and look forward to future concerts!

I went to a beautiful concert of this group this fall. It was held in a gorgeous Baltimore Mt. Vernon Church. The selection of music was a nice balance between familiar and new (to me); but they were all gorgeous. A very refined sound. And so inexpensive!!! A lovely alternative to the more formal and expensive symphony experience. Truly intimate chamber music...each instrument distinguished, and the voices divine!!
