Programs: Our life leadership program is designed to empower and inspire young adults to understand the elements of a life well-lived. Leadership doesn't always mean leading others. Leadership means making decisions which help you live a life you are proud of and to find things that you are passionate about to pursue. In this program, students from high school through mid-20s learn elements of self-leadership and about how to make intentional life decisions that allow them to influence family, friends, teammates and co-workers for good.

mentally fit athletic leadership and performance -a core specialty area of vital leadership has been developed around leadership training and character development as it relates to premiere athletes. This is often called "mental toughness" and it involves applying self-leadership skills to athletics. Through application of the core vital behaviors to the rigors of athletic pursuit and achievement, a stronger, wiser, more balanced, and more successful athlete emerges. This curriculum focuses on topics that will help athletes achieve personal confidence during their training, help them foster and develop interpersonal skills that can lag during intense stages of physical training and development, and help them achieve a confidence that life after athletics will be fulfilling. And most importantly, they will understand their ultimate personal mission and relate that back to their sport, to ensure that they are continually pursuing that as their goal, rather than the world's version of the scorecard of success.
