Mission: To provide and administer a comprehensive multidisciplinary, therapeutic and public health nursing program primarily to residents of the southeastern connecticut area regardless of ability to pay.
Programs: The primary purpose of the organization is the provision of home health care services to the citizens of southeastern connecticut. Home health care provides basic health services for patients who can be cared for at home, thus providing a more familiar and comfortable environment for the patients, while reducing the length and expense of a hospital stay. The organization provides free and subsidized services to patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Nursing services are provided in the community to promote wellness and health education through clinics and programs open to the public.
