Mission: We are dedicated to delivering outstanding home health and hospice services that enrich the lives of the people we serve. In more than 140 towns in vermont and new hampshire, we deliver excellence in nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and personal care services. As a non-profit, our only goal is helping people.
Programs: Home care - to provide and assure equal and timely access to a comprehensive array of client-directed quality home health, hospice and community based services at the lowest possible cost and to collaborate with others to improve the health and well-being of the individual, the family and the community.
