Mission: The purpose of the organization is a statewide association of centers for independent living which advocate for the intergreation and inclusion of persons with disabilities into all aspects of society.
Programs: The organization purpose is to promote the improvement and expansion of community-based, consumer-controlled centers for independent living and to promote community education throughout the commonwealth of virginia. Included is advocating for more accessible housing and transitions initials with disabilities from institutionalized supports to community living.
