The VOW Foundation truly lives out its mission to save lives! This organization is a God-send, fighting battles that are often overlooked, and getting the attention of legislators. Thank you!!!

This non profit was borne from tragedy. A mother's tribute to her son and his unfortunate passing has led to this foundation to help others become educated and informed about substances that are harmful to everyone. The Victor Orlando Woolson Foundation is a necessity to the region and definitely an asset to Oswego County NY.

I never had the privilege of meeting Victor, however have learned so much through his story. His mother Teresa took her deepest love for her son, her unbearable loss and her determination to not let these drugs win and created a Nonprofit that will save another mother/family/child/friend from experiencing the same tragedy. It’s a mother’s love that can move mountains and that is what is happening with the Victor Orlando Woolson Foundation.

Through frequent news releases, social media posts and other forms of communication from the Foundation , I am kept informed, educated and reminded of the harsh reality of synthetic drugs. Yes it has me scared, yes it has me concerned and YES it has me wanting to take action.

Just last week I was at an event and was talking about my community and the increase of drug activity. Both myself and the person I was speaking with referenced an informative article written by Teresa about synthetic Molly. Teresa keeps the community informed and does not waiver from that commitment.

I am writing to tell you how the VOW Foundation and it's founder Teresa Woolson have effected both myself and our community. When Victor passed away Teresa fought tirelessly to get the synthetic drugs that contributed to his death out of the local stores and off the streets. She worked with John Katko and other lawmakers to pass legislation to make these drugs illegal. I have seen first hand being a 911 dispatcher the difference she made. I also personally was so inspired by her ability to turn tragedy into something to help other people. She wouldn't back down , she was determined to fight in memory of her son. I support her and her foundation and hope they continue to effect positive change in our community and beyond.

This is an excellent nonprofit . This was established from a tragedy . A family's loss of a Son, Brother, Uncle. A friends loss. Someone special, whose death affected many people. A sadness came over many. A Mothers courage to go on with great strength took over, and VOW was born.

I personally know many of the people affected.

I try to help in a small way, by volunteering. I've been at many Community events and VOW, is most always represented with lots of literature, and hand outs. Last year I face painted for a program put on by Theresa for VOW.

I truly believe this nonprofit is helping to make a difference.

The SAFE fair was very informative to me and to all the people who attended. We need to see and hear the facts from the professionals. We hope to prevent further death and injury from all abusive substances.

VOW Foundation provides an exceptional public service in speaking frankly about the dangers of the drugs flooding the streets today. My family and I had no idea just how many new and varying harmful chemicals are being sold to our youth, and with such deceptive marketing. It is important that we educate ourselves and our children of exactly what is out there and how dangerous it is. That is precisely what VOW does, but they also follow through by taking these issues to local government officials in a fight to affect real change and have legislature passed to keep criminals from selling these deadly chemicals that are marketed as harmless products. VOW is invaluable to the cause and making strides in this challenging fight. Thank you for all that you do!
