Mission: The purpose of the victims of crime assistance program-21st district is to provide services/projects to organizations, residents and individuals of the 21st judicial district of hickman, lewis, perry and williamson counties who have been victims of crime, their families and survivors. Services/projects will be provided to assist county and state governments in the 21st judicial district with serving victims of crime, their families and survivors.
