I had such a positive experience at Veterans Alternatives, I would give them a 10 if it were an option. We did so many different types of therapy while always staying focused and grounded. I felt very supported there while processing some very traumatic memories. All the staff members were helpful and gunuine. My every need was anticipated and accomodated. All I had to take care of was showing up with an open mind and heart and I felt safe doing that there. I was sad when it was time to leave. Many thanks to everyone there for giving me my life back.

Our experience has been such a pleasure, getting the help needed with PTSD and making friends with a wonderful bunch of people. We would be at a loss without them!

I have been Happily involved with the veterans alternative for 5 years . This program offers a high quality of care and alternative therapies to returning combat veterans from the WW2, Korean, and Vietnam eras up through Iran, Afghanistan and today!
The caring, competent staff and volunteers have the joy of pouring into the lives of our returning warriors who take up the charge to Post Traumatic Growth jump started by a week-long program at our “Team House” and continuing on with azimuth calls, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, yoga, irest, and zoom groups. Veterans Alternative is truly dedicated to helping Veterans and their spouses heal from the traumas of war. Their programs and services are designed to meet individuals where they are at and provides them will the tools they need to live a better life post-war. The staff and volunteers bring so much dedication and energy to the organization as well. During COVID-19, the organization quickly adapted to keep providing services and expand mental health coverage via telehealth. Their team is always ready to answer the call of a Veteran in need.
