They are wonderful! Helped me get help for my dad who has dementia and can't live alone anymore. Special thanks to Allen who was so kind through the whole process. I especially like that they only ask for a donation and they help regardless of whether or not you donate, unlike a lot of other places that I found who charge big money up front. Thank you so much for the help!

My parents used this company to help them through the VA red tape. They were able to get my parents approved for over $2000 per month in assistance! This has been a life saver as my mom can no longer take care of my dad who has dementia. Can't say how grateful I am that they were able to help. Also worth noting that they didn't charge a dime! I will be making a donation!

Working with the VA is very frustrating. This group made it so much easier. No charge for the service but we chose to make a donation as it is a worthy cause.

Company was very helpful in getting the benefits that my grandfather desperately needed and deserved. Did not charge a dime for the service. As a nonprofit they did request a voluntary donation after the process was complete. I was more than happy to make a donation to this company to help keep them open and doing this much needed work.

My elderly parents used this company to help them navigate the VA red tape and act as an advocate for them. Not only did the advocate not complete the job, he took a substantial amount of money for the services he was supposed to provide. Technically, advocates do not get paid for their services but they use a get around by calling the payment a donation. Our issues have still not been resolved, the company has taken the money and cut off all communication with my parents. Please do not let this happen to you.

I am sorry to hear that this was your experience. There were some delays in 2020, as we were closed down for 8 months due to Covid-19. I would like to know more about this situation as all donations are voluntary and we do not accept donations prior to completion of the case if the donor is a client.
