Mission: To operate a summer camp for people with disabilities.
Programs: Operation of a summer camp for exceptional people for eight weeks during the summer. Provide service to over 400 individuals as well as training counselors.

conduct vt hoop shoot free throw contest and soccer shoot for boy and girls 7-13 as part of a national contest sponsored by benevelant and protective order of elks as youth activities. Approximatley 4,500 children participate.
