Mission: To assist mature workers to become the best qualified candidate for jobs consistent with their interests and abilities. The organization also works with employers and community organizations to develop and increase the employment opportunities available to mature workers.
Programs: See schedule o in program year 2014, a4td served participants as a national grantee. Participants worked for the community at many unique nonprofit organizations. Participants received paid training in addition to their community service assignments.
