Programs: Since its inception in 1998, the organization has contributed 30. 3 million to breast cancer research through four major endowments to the iu school of medicine to support the vera bradley chair in oncology and to establish the vera bradley center for breast cancer research. The vera bradley foundation for breast cancer research laboratories houses a 34 member multidisciplinary team focused on genetic research. This data could lead to earlier breast cancer diagnosis and more effective treatments and therapies.
