Mission: Uesf's mission is to empower families and individuals in crisis to be safe and secure through the provision of services designed to address their immediate crisis and to address the root causes of their crisis. Services include provision of financial assistance so families and individuals can avoid utility and housing termination; provision of technical assistance; formation of partnerships; advocacy activities; and other energy related services.
