Programs: The corporation was formed to provide and facilitate clinical instruction of residents and medical students at the college of medicine by the department's faculty members. The corporation expanded the program services in 2008 to also provide clinical care and resident nd medical student education at upstate university hospital at community general. Clinical instruction, refers to teaching medical knowledge, skills & procedures to students.
in february 28, 2012, upstate emergency medicine opened apediatric after hours clinical program, located at upstate university hospital at community general, 4900 broad road, syracuse. Pediatricians and emergency medicine physicians treat urgent (as opposed to emergent) illness and injuries as well as providing laboratory and radiology services.
