We advance worker-owned, -managed, and -governed workplaces through cooperative education, advocacy and development.
Programs: The united states federation for worker cooperation is a national grassroots membership organization that supports the growth of worker cooperatives through the development of a thriving cooperative movement. We advance worker-owned, -managed, and -governed workplaces through cooperative education, advocacy and development. In particular, we host a national biannual conference, maintain a worker cooperative document library, conduct trainings, coordinate a national peer technical assistance network, and advocate on behalf of worker cooperatives at the local and national level.
