Mission: Uni Care Hospice is a nonprofit organization helping patients manage their serious illness care near the end of life. We provide compassionate end-of-life care that focuses on physical, social, and spiritual needs as well as grief support. Hospice care focuses on all aspects of an individual’s life and wellbeing when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to curative treatment. While patients are supported by impactful comfort care, nature is gently allowed to take its course. For our position on the End of Life Option Act, please click here. Depending upon the individual circumstances of our patients and families, Uni Care Hospice may provide any combination of the following care services to provide the best patient-centered care.
