Mission: The U.S. Naval Sea Cadets of Rhode Island (USNSCRI) is for young people between the ages of 11 through 17, who have or desire ambition, self-discipline, and a strong academic background. Our core structure is built around America's four sea services and our nation's long maritime tradition. USNSCRI training provides Rhode Island youth with a solid foundation for building academic and social skills, teamwork, and critical thinking. Our unit's combined knowledge includes more than 200 years of training in math and the sciences.
