intensive debriefings for members of humanitarian organizations who are making transitions through a change or termination of their assignment; changes in assignment included placements in kenya, india, bolivia, austria, united states benefitting approximately 30 people.
organizational consultation services for humanitarian workers in development of comprehensive staff care and resiliency programs; mainly affiliated with international justice mission and partners relief and development; benefitting approximately 185 people.
training mental health professionals who work as providers for humanitarian workers (involving 120 workers) and teaching a doctoral level course on child therapy through asia graduate school of theology in manila, philippines (involving 50 students).
