Mission: Tvw is a non-profit in western washington county serving developmentally and physically disabled adults through various life enrichment programs, so they can experience productive and meaningful lives. Tvw's clients receive developmental guidance in practical, social, vocational and academic skills while earning a wage and developing pride and self-sufficiency.
Programs: Washington county, or (production and habilitation) - creates possibilities for people with disabilities to earn wages while developing pride, self-sufficiency, strong work habit and skills, and concern for high quality and attention to detail. Vanguard is our program for those people whose first choice is not finding a job. Vanguard provides opportunities for individuals to explore and be a part of their community through a daily community outings program.
janitorial - supports the employment choices of people with disabilities while offering rewarding and challenging employment. Clients receive training and certification providing new skills sets, increased self-confidence, sustainable employment, and increased participation in their communities. The lives of 81 clients with disabilities were served during the fiscal year end june 30, 2015.
