Mission: To foster and promote womens flat track roller derby to all women willing to learn, train, and participate, locally, nationally, and internationally.
Programs: During the 2016-2017 year, tucson roller derby continued an on-going recruitment drive to maintain its four home teams. Trd participated in numerous games; they were intra-league, amongst our own teams, which garners more involvement from our local community; and inter-league, with teams from around the state. Our internationally ranked travel team, twice this year, represented trd at tournaments in colorado & south carolina. Our national involvement remains active with representatives on various womens flat track roller derby association committees. Our organization actively supports philanthropic events in our community by volunteering our members time and efforts.
