This team is always there 24/7 for Disasters, Resource, and guiding people around or in weather. They are always there to lend a helping hand, make suggestions, help give resources, phone numbers, and anything else you can think of. They are always there to listen with a smile, an ear, a shoulder to lean on, an arm outstretched to guide you, and a hand to catch you when you stumble or fall. I am so glad and lucky to call True Rescue Resource and Weather Inc my family.

I was told to follow True Rescue, Resource, and Weather, before Hurricane Ida. After doing so, I quickly realized that this group is not only very professional, but very responsive and effective! I will always reach out to True before, during, and after a disaster!!

This organization was created in April of 2020, amid the Covid pandemic. A large group of people broke away from another organization in an effort to maintain safety and transparency. The goal of the organization is to help victims of a natural disaster in relief, recovery and ongoing efforts. In just 6 short months, it has grown astronomically and has received its 501(c)3 status as a non-profit public organization. The opportunity for continued growth has been embraced and wonderful things are expected of this awesome group!

I have worked with TRRW since the beginning, after having volunteered with another rescue group that lost my trust in the organization founder. TRRW is in it's infancy and continues to grow with dedicated volunteers just wanting to help their fellow man/woman in need following a disaster. I work from my home via my computer, as many of our volunteers do, but we also have the BOGs (boots on the ground) who go into a devastated area to perform rescues, cut down trees, remove debris from blocking access, deliver supplies, etc. TRRW volunteers are fully vetted through background checks. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because we are still growing.
