Mission: Trinity community care provides free medical and dental care to those who cannot afford it, delivered with unconditional christian love. We strive to do this in an integrated manner to create positive health outcomes.
Programs: Medical services: general primary care, management of non-emergent health conditions, and ongoing care for chronic illnesses and conditions. Exams, laboratory services, imaging, heath education and referrals.
dental services: acute care services such as fillings, extractions, and infection relief. Regular hygiene visits and continuing care to support healthy gum tissue and overall oral health.
social services: support services and referrals to assist clients in acquiring solutions to needs beyond the scope of clinic; including community services, prescription assistance, insurance navigation, and spiritual counseling and support.
